The Tuscan tradition in a dish
CHEF CRISTIANO MILIGHETTI
Cristiano has been growing his passion for cooking since he was a child. His grand-parents were running a restaurant and at first he has studied economics, but then he has decided to come back to his first love: the Tuscan cuisine.
Nothing comes from chance and improvisation. He has attended a number of cooking schools and has had a lot of hands-on experience working for renowned restaurants and clubs in the province of Arezzo, in Tuscany. His activity as private chef at home for tourists on holiday and for residents has been very significant.
Over the last few years he has also gained experience in running directly several restaurants in Cortona. His last adventure is called Osteria di Villa Schiatti in Castiglion Fiorentino.
